    1750

Recognized as the industry's fastest precision microohmmeter, the model 1750 has become the #1 choice in manufacturing environments. Fuse manufacturers use it for nondestructive tests where the unmatched precision increases the process yield to the point where the 1750 pays for itself in weeks. The vast majority of resistors less than 1 Ohm are tested and sorted to accuracy better than 0.1% by the 1750. Automotive suppliers use it to consistently meet stringent quality requirements of welds, bonds and electrical connection in sub-assemblies. Aircraft manufacturers employ the 1750 to measure wiring harnesses and RF shields for connection integrity. The capability of the 1750 enables the accurate real time measurement of electro-plating thickness and conductive coatings on housings and shields.

    SAS-17E & SAS-36E

SAS-E is a high performance, highly manageable and reliable solution for distributing time and frequency signals for satcom, digital TV or audio broadcast, microwave links, satellite ground stations applications.

The Epsilon™ Switch and Amplifier System (SAS-E) provides a cost effective way to extend distribution of time and frequency signals (pulse, low phase noise frequency signal, Time of Day), as a signal amplifier. Thanks to analog amplification, SAS-E adds very little phase noise to the input frequency and ensures high RF isolation. It is therefore suitable for reference frequency distribution towards transmitters, up-converters, micro-wave links. Pulse regeneration is transparent to pulse duration and period: SAS-E is therefore suitable for distribution of any pulse encoded signal like 1 pps, DCLS IRIG, etc

    2340/2350

The Model 2340 High Voltage Amplifier expands the amplitude range of any standard function, pulse or waveform generator to 400 Vp-p. There is also a special high impedance input option for DAC boards. The DC coupled design enables combined DC and AC wave forms for greatest flexibility in test applications.  The response and gain are calibrated for a faithful reproduction of the test signal.

The output current is rated at 40 mA continuous with a 0.2 Ω output impedance. Each channel has an independent, buffered, voltage monitor output for applications that require a low-level representation of the output signal. The buffers produce a reduction of 200:1 for 50 Ω inputs and 100:1 for 1 MΩ and above inputs. A current limiting function senses the current in either direction providing maximum protection to the amplifier during operation.
